Basic policy regarding customer confidential information of THAI SECOM SECURITY CO., LTD. (Privacy Policy)

1. Basic concepts
We are committed to protecting the lives and properties of our customers. To achieve this objective, we are required to collect customer’s confidential information. We prioritize the safety of customer’s confidential information because if the client’s confidential information leaks out, it may affect the safety of the customer.

2. Compliance with the rules for keeping confidential information of customers.
The company will not use customers’ confidential information for purposes other than the company’s objectives. In order to prevent the leakage of the information, we have security measures to handle information leakage and will improve those measures if needed. We will keep customer’s confidential information well and will remind all employees to securely keep confidential information.

3. The purpose of using customer confidential information
Confidential information received from filling out forms will be used as the following
-To provide security services.
-To deliver documents
-To deliver contracts documents.
-To deliver product recommendations and various greeting documents
-To deliver prizes in various activities
-To answer customer’s needs and record such information

-To deliver news, products and services of the company (including the Secom Group)

For promoting products and services THAI SECOM SECURITY CO., LTD. and Secom Group will follow statements mentioned in number 3 above.

5. Supervision of external companies work
When sending the customer confidential information to the external companies we will follow the rules as the following
By hiring other companies, we will create a business contract to maintain customer confidential information in accordance with the law and the company policy. When making a contract with a partner company we will supervise and keep customer confidential information well.
When sending customer confidential information to business partners, we will deliver only the necessary information. We do not deliver unnecessary information
6. Notification of purpose, use, disclosure, corrective action, deletion and suspension of use, etc.
We are committed to keeping the confidentiality of our customer’s information as accurate and complete as possible. When customers want to make an inquiry about the purpose of using data or to ask what kind of information we are holding, we will make sure that the requester is the actual owner of the information. If there is no special condition we will disclose confidential information according to company regulations. If the information is incorrect and the customer wants to amend or remove or even suspend the use of data or to delete data or to prohibit the forwarding of data to third parties. The company will conduct an investigation according to the law and the regulations of the company in dealing with that information.
Procedures for requesting notification of use, disclosure, correction, deletion and suspension of information please follow steps below.

7. Disclose the information to third party

•Receive the permission from the customer in advance
•When receiving a request to disclose information from a public organization in accordance with the law.
•For ensuring safety of life and property of a person and when requesting permission from the customer is difficult.
•When the public organization needs cooperation in accordance with legal regulation, received permission from customers and the situation is likely to cause damage to public organizations.
